The people i've worked with over the years at my place of work have either been slow, dumb, immature or ******* ****/drugheads. Right now, i am the most experienced person while the owner, who hasn't had a hard day's work in a year, has to re-learn off me, ******* idiot. About 40 odd people have come through the place and gone within a year, tops! No ******* wonder they see the ad in the papers so much, the owner treats all workers like ******* **** and expects us to perform well. Mother****** is so stingy, my brother/manager left because all he wanted was an extra 50 bucks more a week, the owner said no. The place makes about 23,000 a week with Wholesale, minus materials, wages and repairs(few and far ******* between) the owner gets back roughly 14,356 a week for profit and complains they are doing it tough, the answer speaks for itself because i check the books on wages, sales and all that. It makes me feel about taking it to the authorities and showing them what the **** he is up to, about how he rips off the workers, about the state of the bakery and how he treats us, in general. I've been there nearly 3 years, i was fed up during my first 3 months, ****** treated me like ****, now he treats me like a ******* god because me and a relative of his, working for him, are the ONLY ones experienced with the shop, if we leave, the place will be shut down, due to ****** product and ****** standards. Now i apologize due to the language TaZ but i needed to tell it this way, i am a firm believer of censorship and if this gets edited in any way, let me know first, thank you for reading to anyone who does read this.
