Are we really free within the world to do what we desire?
Or is freedom just another dream that lifts people’s spirits higher?
The world is set up and designed to keep you in a helpless rut
The government doesn’t treat us like people; we’re on a short leash like a little mutt
The government tells us what we can and can’t do
The government tells us what is and isn’t true
And of course it’s all just lies, the government lies to you.
They take your rights away
And lead you far astray
You’re just a marching ant, digging through the dirty sand
You’re just another statistic and you’re under their command
Full control is part of what they have planned
You need to protect all your rights because rights it our only shot
You need to protect your life from misery; your life is all you got
Don’t let them take away your free will and/or your free speech
Don’t let them take away your right to spread the word or teach
Don’t let them lead you astray
And live your life the freedom way
Not the ant colony way!
