This is the first time I've had trouble writing a post. Maybe because this is quite self-promotional, in fact it is completely self-promotional. But what's the point of a blog if it isn't also used to advertise your books? And then for once you can even tolerate a promotional post, right? After all, it's the first one you read. But let's get to the point. My book is in the bookstore , I was saying. It's a book about blogging , as you may have understood, I also mentioned it every now and then in some posts. It is not a manual, it is not a technical book. It is rather an essay that explains what is behind the scenes of a blog and how it should be managed. It is published by Anteprima , an imprint of Il Quadrante. It was my first real complete experience with a publishing house and so far my opinion is 100% positive. But, as they say, that's another story and will have to be told another time.
What's the book about It is inspired – as is easy to guess from the title, for those who have read it – by Al Ries and Jack Trout's work The 22 immutable laws of marketing . I found just as many in blogging. The full title became Now Blog! The 22 (immutable) laws of blogging , because they are included in a specific series ( Now tell. How to tell a story so that the world Special Data hears it , Now give it a rest. Change the status quo. Or become one ). I have given a logical order to the various laws, starting with those important for opening a blog and continuing with those concerning the creation of content and management of the blog. I wanted to write with simple and clear language, because I had appreciated a similar style in Ries and Trout's book, which I recommend because I believe it is one of the best books on marketing. Like them, I addressed the laws with concrete examples experienced firsthand and found in the many blogs I follow.
From all this my 22 laws on blogging were born . FAQ about the book If I read this book, will I become a successful blogger? But then what is the point of this book? And who is it useful for? Can I continue reading your blog even if I don't buy the book? Will you be doing a book giveaway? Book details Now blog!
